Lodging
You will be staying in The Trapper Creek Guesthouse, a clean and comfortable Western style lodge with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room.
The Trapper Creek Guest House includes a full kitchen; complimentary Wi-Fi; hair dryer; coffee, A/C& heat, washer & dryer, complimentary amenities.
An outside porch with a view to die for and located directly adjacent to Trapper Creek.
Because there is no cell service at the Trapper Creek Guest house, there is free long distance within North America (excluding Mexico).
Electric outlets for RV hook ups are available – water is also available from nearby hydrants.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Check-in time after 2:00pm Sunday / Check-out time by 10:00am Saturday
• The weight limit for horseback riding is 230 pounds
• Airport/Hotel transfers must be made before 72 hours of your arrival. If a transfer is requested within 72 hours of your arrival an additional $100 service fee is charged.
• Airport/Hotel transfers between the hours of 10pm – 4am will have an additional $50 service fee
BOOKING AND FINAL PAYMENT:
AH Horsemanship Training & Clinics operating at The Trapper Creek Ranch operates under The Shell Lodge Event & Adventure Company LLC, the same parent company that owns and operates The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch (dba) and follows the same processes and waiver procedures. After making your reservation you will receive a confirmation letter and need to sign a waiver and photographic release. To make your reservation, please e-mail info@thehideout.com. A non-refundable 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. Final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and is also 100% non-refundable. When a reservation is booked within 30 days of the date of travel the full balance will be due at the time of booking. For groups of 4 or more a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. **We will process the remaining balance to the credit card on file, unless notified otherwise.
Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, check, wire transfer, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our small size and remote location, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affect us significantly. We limit the number of participants to 4 / 6 per week to keep the clinics and retreats personable and customized. As a small, family owned and operated business this means that every booking is important to ensure an exclusive boutique experience and excellent service. All cancellations (no matter the reason) will forfeit the full 30% deposit (50% deposit for groups of 4 or more) or final payment.
Trip Cancellation Insurance Recommended – Because AH Horsemanship Training & Clinics and The Hideout serve a limited number of guests, we strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. If you choose not to purchase trip insurance and an unforeseen event keeps you from being able to travel to Trapper Creek Ranch we will be unable to refund your deposit and/or paid balance as set forth in our cancellation policy. You can use any travel insurance company you are comfortable with.
