BOOKING AND FINAL PAYMENT:
The Trapper Creek Ranch operates under The Shell Lodge Event & Adventure Company LLC, the same parent company that owns and operates The Hideout Lodge & Guest Ranch (dba) and follows the same processes and waiver procedures. After making your reservation you will receive a confirmation letter and need to sign a waiver and photographic release.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. Final balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date and is also 100% non-refundable. When a reservation is booked within 30 days of the date of travel the full balance will be due at the time of booking. For groups of 4 or more a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. **We will process the remaining balance to the credit card on file, unless notified otherwise.
Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, check, wire transfer, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Use of Premises & Infrastructure
We take pride in a well-maintained and clean infrastructure and property. We expect the same from travelers renting the facility. Guests are responsible for cleaning pens, the arena, tack shop and the area around the infrastructure. Damage to the property will be billed to the credit card on file upon notification of the damage.
Horses need to be kept in the corrals or pastures designed for this use. Horses need to have current health papers and negative Coggins test as well as proper authority to transport in Wyoming.
We expect all horses on our property to be treated with care and respect.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Due to our small size and remote location, cancellations or rescheduling of dates affect us significantly. As a small, family owned and operated business this means that every booking is important to ensure excellent service. All cancellations (no matter the reason) will forfeit the full 30% deposit (50% deposit for groups of 4 or more) and or final balance.
Trip Cancellation Insurance Recommended
We strongly suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. If you choose not to purchase trip insurance and an unforeseen event keeps you from being able to travel to Trapper Creek Ranch, we will be unable to refund your deposit and/or paid balance as set forth in our cancellation policy.
